These terms apply together with our Shipping & Returns page and our Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from the Rahash online store at www.rahash.sa. By placing an order you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, and do not limit any right you have under those laws.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product photos are for illustration, and the label on the pack is the reference for ingredients, nutrition facts, allergens and dates.

Allergy notice: our products contain sesame, and some contain pistachio. Please check the label before use.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. A VAT invoice is issued for every order.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.

4. Orders and payment

After you place an order you receive a confirmation with the order number. We may contact you to confirm the delivery address or time.

• Bank transfer: to Rahash Food Industries Co., Al Rajhi Bank, IBAN SA73 8000 0361 6080 1195 4446, with the order number as reference. The order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
• Cash on delivery: where offered at checkout, you pay the delivery staff when you receive the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, usually within 3 to 7 working days of order confirmation. The expected delivery time is confirmed with your order.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will inform you. If the delay is more than 15 days beyond the agreed date, you may cancel the order and recover the amount paid and any costs caused by the delay, unless the delivery date was extended by agreement or the delay is caused by force majeure.

Please check the order when you receive it and tell us within 24 hours about any damaged or missing item, ideally with a photo.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

• You may cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped.
• You may return unopened products in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. As these are food products, opened packs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• If a product is faulty, damaged, expired or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full and bear the return costs.
• In other cases the customer bears the cost of returning the product.
• Refunds are made to the same payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, after we receive and check the returned product.

7. Business and wholesale customers

Wholesale, distributor, private-label and export orders are governed by the quotation, payment terms or contract agreed with us, in addition to these terms where they do not conflict.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe and make sure the information you give us is correct.

9. Intellectual property

The Rahash name, logo, product photos and site content belong to Rahash Food Industries Co. and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the quality and safety of our products as required by law. We are not responsible for damage caused by storing or using the products contrary to the instructions on the label.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at info@rahash.sa or +966 50 814 9988 and we will work to resolve your complaint. You may also contact the Ministry of Commerce (call 1900 or use the Balagh Tijari app). Any dispute is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the competent Saudi courts.

To file a complaint, send your name, order number and a description of the issue (with photos if relevant). We will confirm receipt, review it and reply with the outcome.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If there is any difference, the Arabic text prevails.
