Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Rahash Tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water (adjust for consistency)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together Tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
- Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Stir in minced garlic, cumin powder (optional), and season with salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
