Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients: 
  • 3 tablespoons Rahash Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
    1. In a small bowl, whisk together Tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
    2. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until you achieve a creamy consistency.
    3. Stir in minced garlic, cumin powder (optional), and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
    5. Serve immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Perfect Pairings: 
  • Drizzle over mixed greens or roasted vegetables.
  • Use as a dip for pita bread or falafel.
