Reports to: Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Post daily journal entries, sales, purchase and expense invoices.
• Monthly bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Follow collections and prepare overdue receivables reports.
• Prepare VAT return data and review e-invoices.
• Financial stock count with the warehouse.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in accounting · 2 years' experience · Odoo and Excel.

• تسجيل القيود اليومية وفواتير المبيعات والمشتريات والمصروفات.
• مطابقة البنوك والعملاء والموردين شهرياً.
• متابعة التحصيل وإعداد كشوف الذمم المتأخرة.
• تجهيز بيانات الإقرار الضريبي ومراجعة الفواتير الإلكترونية.
• جرد المخزون المالي مع المستودعات.
