Chief Operating Officer

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer · Manages: Sales Manager, Production Manager, Quality & Customer Service Supervisor, Marketing Specialist

Purpose: Run the value chain from production planning to delivery, hitting volume, margin and product-quality targets.

Responsibilities:

• Set the monthly production and sales plan and match capacity to demand.
• Track unit cost, waste and utilisation and drive improvement actions.
• Oversee the quality and food-safety system and approve corrective actions.
• Lead the weekly operations meeting with Sales and Production.
• Approve new product launches and promotions with Finance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in industrial engineering or business (MBA preferred) · 8 years in food-manufacturing operations, 3 of them managing more than one department.

الغرض: إدارة سلسلة القيمة من التخطيط للإنتاج حتى وصول المنتج للعميل، وتحقيق أهداف الحجم والهامش وجودة المنتج.

المسؤوليات:

• وضع خطة الإنتاج والمبيعات الشهرية ومواءمة الطاقة الإنتاجية مع الطلب.
• متابعة تكلفة الوحدة والهدر ونسب التشغيل واتخاذ إجراءات التحسين.
• الإشراف على نظام الجودة وسلامة الغذاء واعتماد الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• قيادة اجتماع العمليات الأسبوعي مع مديري المبيعات والإنتاج.
• اعتماد إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والعروض التسويقية بالتنسيق مع المالية.

المؤهلات والخبرة: بكالوريوس هندسة صناعية أو إدارة أعمال · 8 سنوات خبرة في عمليات التصنيع الغذائي منها 3 في إدارة أكثر من قسم.
