Reports to: Administrative Affairs Manager · Manages: procurement, warehouse and delivery (6)

Responsibilities:

• Monthly purchasing plan based on the production plan and stock levels.
• Follow purchase orders, receipts and invoices in the ERP.
• Organise the warehouse (raw, packaging, finished), apply FIFO and monitor expiry dates.
• Schedule customer deliveries by region and truck loading.

Qualifications: Bachelor's · 5 years in food procurement or warehousing.
