Quality Control Inspector

Reports to: Quality & Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Sample the lines and test moisture, fineness, weight, appearance and taste; record results.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging.
• Check personal hygiene and line cleanliness during the shift.
• Stop the line on deviation and inform the supervisor.

Qualifications: Diploma in food science or laboratory · 2 years in food plants.

المسؤوليات:

• سحب العينات من الخطوط وفحصها (رطوبة، نعومة، وزن، مظهر، طعم) وتسجيل النتائج.
• فحص المواد الخام والعبوات الواردة.
• تفتيش النظافة الشخصية ونظافة الخطوط في الوردية.
• إيقاف الخط عند الانحراف وإبلاغ المشرف.

المؤهلات والخبرة: دبلوم علوم غذائية أو مختبرات · سنتان في مصانع الأغذية.
